We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and insights. The Data Analyst will work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs, design, and deliver reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data using statistical methods and data analysis tools.
• Work with data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility.
• Create and maintain data sets, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain data analysis documentation including data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
• Continuously monitor data quality and identify opportunities for data quality improvements.
• Design Data Management and Reporting Tools for use across the organization.
• Analysis –effectively examines large quantities of data and derives insights from these data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication – to communicate across business lines and report on findings and processes to executives and colleagues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Problem-solving –find solutions to data management and reporting problems and modify solutions based on changing requirements.
• Keep up to date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools.
