The ideal candidate for Employee Engagement Intern will take the role in crafting and curating compelling video, image, and internal communication content, providing essential administrative support for internal events. This position will also work closely with the HR team to ensure that all employee-related initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communication:

• Assist in formulating and executing internal communication strategies both verbal and written, ensuring consistent and coherent messaging for all employees.
• Manage and update content across internal communication platforms, ensuring information remains current, well-organized, and readily accessible.

Content Creation:

• Conceptualize and produce video and image content that aligns with the company’s culture, values, and communication objectives across diverse internal communication channels.

Event Support:

• Deliver essential administrative aid in the planning and execution of internal events, including weekly events, internal campaigns, celebrations.
