CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO MẬT DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN/ PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY

1. Đối tượng và phạm vi áp dụng / Subjects and Scope of Application:

1.1. Chính sách Bảo Vệ Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân (“Chính Sách”) này quy định về quy trình xử lý Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân, quyền và nghĩa vụ của GoTymeX và Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân trong việc bảo vệ Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân.

This Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) sets out the Personal Data processing procedures, rights, and obligations of GoTymeX and Personal Data Subjects in protecting Personal Data.

1.2. Chính Sách này áp dụng đối với GoTymeX và các Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân khi họ ứng tuyển vào GoTymeX.

This Policy applies to GoTymeX and Personal Data Subjects when they apply for a job with GoTymeX.

2. Giải thích từ ngữ / Definitions:

2.1.Tyme Digital nghĩa là Công ty TNHH Kỹ Thuật Số Tyme, một doanh nghiệp được thành lập và hoạt động theo pháp luật Việt Nam, có mã số đăng ký doanh nghiệp 0314129318 với địa chỉ trụ sở chính tại Tầng 6-7, Khu văn phòng, 277 Võ Nguyên Giáp, Phường An Khánh, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.

Tyme Digital means Tyme Digital Company Limited, an enterprise established and operating under the laws of Vietnam, with business registration number 0314129318 with head office address at Floor 6-7, Office Area, 277 Vo Nguyen Giap, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

2.2. GoTymeX nghĩa là Tyme Digital và các công ty liên kết, đơn vị liên kết hoặc chủ sở hữu của công ty Tyme Digital bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở Tyme Pte Limited, GoTyme Bank Limited, GOtyme Bank Corporation, Tyme Limited, và Tyme Global Limited. Các từ “chúng tôi”, hoặc “của chúng tôi” đề cập trong Chính Sách này là nói đến GoTymeX.

GoTymeX means Tyme Digital and its affiliates, subsidiaries or owners including but not limited to Tyme Pte Limited, GoTyme Bank Limited, GoTyme Bank Corporation, Tyme Limited, and Tyme Global Limited. References to “we”, “us,” or “our” in this Policy refer to GoTymeX.

2.3. Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân hoặc DLCN là dữ liệu số hoặc thông tin dưới dạng khác xác định hoặc giúp xác định một con người cụ thể, bao gồm: Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân Cơ Bản và Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân Nhạy Cảm.

Personal Data or PD refers to digital data or information in other forms that identifies or helps identify a specific person, including: Basic Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data.

2.4. Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân Cơ Bản là DLCN phản ánh các yếu tố nhân thân, lai lịch phổ biến, thường xuyên sử dụng trong các giao dịch, quan hệ xã hội, thuộc danh mục do Chính phủ ban hành.

Basic Personal Data refers to Personal Data reflecting common personal details and background information, frequently used in transactions and social relations and specified by the Government of Vietnam.

2.5. Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân Nhạy Cảm là DLCN gắn liền với quyền riêng tư của cá nhân, khi bị xâm phạm sẽ gây ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân, thuộc danh mục do Chính phủ ban hành.

Sensitive Personal Data refers to Personal Data associated with individuals’ privacy rights that, if infringed on, directly affect legitimate rights and benefits of agencies, organizations, and individuals specified by the Government of Vietnam.

2.6. Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân là người được DLCN phản ánh, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở các cá nhân nộp đơn ứng tuyển vào GoTymeX (ứng viên), người truy cập và sử dụng trang web, dịch vụ và sản phẩm của GoTymeX hoặc cá nhân có DLCN được bên thứ ba cung cấp cho GoTymeX theo các thỏa thuận giữa các Bên hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật.

PD Subjects refers to persons reflected in the Personal Data, including but not limited to individuals applying for a job at GoTymeX (candidates), people accessing and using GoTymeX’s website, services, and products, or individuals whose Personal Data is provided to GoTymeX by a third party under agreements between the Parties or as required by law.

2.7. Xử Lý Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân là hoạt động tác động đến Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân, bao gồm một hoặc nhiều hoạt động như: thu thập, phân tích, tổng hợp, mã hóa, giải mã, chỉnh sửa, xóa, hủy, khử nhận dạng, cung cấp, công khai, chuyển giao Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân và hoạt động khác tác động đến Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân.

Personal Data Processing refers to activities impacting Personal Data, including one or more of the following: collection, analysis, summary, encryption, decryption, modification, deletion, destruction, de-identification, provision, disclosure, transfer of personal data, and other activities impacting Personal Data.

3. Mục đích Xử Lý DLCN / Purpose of Personal Data Processing:

GoTymeX Xử Lý DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân cho các mục đích sau đây /
GoTymeX Processes PD Subjects’ DLCN for the following purposes:

3.1. Phục vụ công tác tuyển dụng, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở: liên hệ với ứng viên để trao đổi vị trí ứng tuyển, gửi thông tin định kỳ về các vị trí tuyển dụng hoặc các hoạt động marketing của GoTymeX; chứng minh việc ứng viên đã trực tiếp nộp hồ sơ ứng tuyển trước khi được bên thứ ba giới thiệu cho GoTymeX.

For recruitment purposes, including but not limited to: contacting candidates to discuss job vacancies, sending periodic information about job vacancies or GoTymeX’s marketing activities; proving that candidates have directly submitted their application before being introduced to GoTymeX by a third party.

3.2. Vận hành và cải tiến quy trình tuyển dụng tại GoTymeX, tăng cường trải nghiệm ứng viên trong và sau quá trình tuyển dụng.

Operate and improve the recruitment process at GoTymeX, enhancing candidate experience during and after the recruitment process.

4. Các loại DLCN mà GoTymeX xử lý / Types of Personal Data that GoTymeX processes:

4.1. DLCN Cơ Bản, bao gồm / Basic Personal Data, including:

a) Họ, chữ đệm và tên khai sinh; / Last name, middle name, and first name;

b) Ngày, tháng, năm sinh / Date of birth;

c) Giới tính / Gender;

d) Nơi sinh, nơi đăng ký khai sinh, nơi thường trú, nơi tạm trú, nơi ở hiện tại, quê quán, địa chỉ liên hệ / Place of birth, registered place of birth; place of permanent residence; place of temporary residence; current place of residence; hometown; contact address;

e) Quốc tịch / Nationality;

f) Hình ảnh của cá nhân / Personal image;

g) Số điện thoại, số định danh cá nhân, số hộ chiếu, số biển số xe, số mã số thuế cá nhân, số bảo hiểm xã hội, số thẻ bảo hiểm y tế / Phone number, personal identification number, passport number, license plate, taxpayer identification number, social security number and health insurance card number;

h) Tình trạng hôn nhân / Marital status;

i) Thông tin về mối quan hệ gia đình (cha mẹ, con cái) / Information about the individual’s family relationship (parents, children);

j) Thông tin về tài khoản số/ tài khoản ngân hàng / Digital account information/ bank account number;

k) Thông tin về địa chỉ email / Information on email address;

l) Các thông tin khác phục vụ cho mục đích xử lý DLCN của GoTymeX nêu tại Điều 3 của Chính Sách này. / Other information serving the purpose of processing Personal Data of GoTymeX as stated in Article 3 of this Policy.

4.2. DLCN Nhạy Cảm, bao gồm / Sensitive Personal Data, including:

a) Tình trạng sức khỏe được ghi trong hồ sơ bệnh án, không bao gồm thông tin về nhóm máu / Health condition stated in health record, excluding information on blood group;

b) Dữ liệu về tội phạm, hành vi phạm tội được thu thập, lưu trữ của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân bởi các cơ quan thực thi pháp luật / Data on crimes and criminal activities of the PD Subject collected and stored by law enforcement agencies;

c) DLCN khác phục vụ cho mục đích xử lý nêu tại Điều 3 Chính Sách này mà được pháp luật quy định là đặc thù và cần có biện pháp bảo mật cần thiết. / Other Personal Data serving the processing purposes stated in Article 3 of this Policy that are prescribed by law as specific and require necessary security measures.

5.Cách thức thu thập, xử lý và lưu trữ DLCN / Methods of collecting, processing, and storing Personal Data:

5.1. DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân sẽ được GoTymeX thu thập trực tiếp thông qua quá trình nộp đơn ứng tuyển, truy cập trang web, sử dụng dịch vụ của GoTymeX hoặc gián tiếp thông qua các công ty cung cấp dịch vụ tuyển dụng, dịch vụ nhân sự và các bên liên quan khác.

Personal Data will be collected by GoTymeX directly through the application process, website access, use of GoTymeX’s services, or indirectly through recruitment service providers, human resource services, and other related parties.

5.2. GoTymeX xử lý DLCN bằng cách thực hiện một hoặc nhiều hoạt động quy định tại Điều 2.7 của Chính sách này.

GoTymeX handles Personal Data by performing one or more of the activities specified in Article 2.7 of this Policy.

6.Bên kiểm soát DLCN và Bên kiểm soát và xử lý DLCN / Personal Data Controlling Party and Personal Data Controlling and Processing Party:

6.1. GoTymeX tùy vào từng trường hợp cụ thể sẽ đóng vai trò là Bên Kiểm Soát hoặc Bên Bên Kiểm Soát và xử lý DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân đúng với các mục đích đã nêu tại Điều 3 Chính Sách này.

GoTymeX, depending on the specific case, will act as the Personal Data Controlling Party or the Personal Data Controlling and Processing Party in accordance with the purposes stated in Article 3 of this Policy.

6.2. Các đối tác/nhà cung cấp dịch vụ có ký hợp đồng với GoTymeX, tùy theo từng trường hợp cụ thể và các thỏa thuận đã ký kết với GoTymeX, sẽ  đóng vai trò là Bên Kiểm Soát hoặc Bên Kiểm Soát và xử Lý DLCN, để thực hiện các mục đích xử lý nêu tại Điều 3 Chính Sách này.

Partners/service providers who have signed contracts with GoTymeX, depending on each specific case and the agreements signed with GoTymeX, will act as the Personal Data Controlling Party or the Personal Data Controlling and Processing Party, to carry out the processing purposes stated in Article 3 of this Policy.

6.3. Cơ quan có thẩm quyền: bao gồm (i) các cơ quan có thẩm quyền yêu cầu cung cấp DLCN theo quy định của pháp luật; (ii) bất kỳ tòa án, trọng tài, cơ quan tố tụng hoặc cơ quan thi hành án nào có thẩm quyền hoặc được yêu cầu thực thi trách nhiệm từ GoTymeX.

Competent authorities: include (i) competent authorities that require the provision of Personal Data as prescribed by law; (ii) any court, arbitration, litigation agency, or enforcement agency that has the authority or is required to enforce responsibilities from GoTymeX.

7. Hậu quả, thiệt hại không mong muốn có khả năng xảy ra/ Potential unintended consequences and damages:

7.1. GoTymeX khẳng định rằng không có hệ thống nào có thể đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối cho dữ liệu. Tuy nhiên, GoTymeX cam kết áp dụng các biện pháp an ninh và kỹ thuật phù hợp nhằm bảo vệ tối đa DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân khỏi các hành vi truy cập, sử dụng, tiết lộ, thay đổi hoặc phá hủy trái phép.

GoTymeX affirms that no system can guarantee absolute security of data. However, GoTymeX is committed to implementing appropriate security and technical measures to maximally protect the Personal Data of PD Subjects from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

7.2. Một số hậu quả, thiệt hại không mong muốn có thể xảy ra trong quá trình xử lý DLCN bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn:

Certain unintended consequences or damages may occur during the processing of Personal Data, including but not limited to:

a) Sự cố phần cứng hoặc phần mềm làm mất DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân/ Hardware or software incidents resulting in the loss of Personal Data of the PD Subject.

b) Lỗ hổng bảo mật nằm ngoài khả năng kiểm soát hợp lý của GoTymeX dẫn đến hành vi truy cập trái phép hoặc tấn công mạng / Security vulnerabilities beyond GoTymeX’s reasonable control that may lead to unauthorized access or cyberattacks;

c) Dữ liệu bị lộ do Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân tiết lộ thông tin cá nhân của mình một cách bất cẩn hoặc do bị lừa đảo / Data leakage resulting from the PD Subject’s careless disclosure of their own personal information or due to fraudulent activities.

7.3. Việc Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân rút lại sự đồng ý hoặc yêu cầu xóa, hủy DLCN của mình có thể làm ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm trong quá trình ứng tuyển. Trong một số trường hợp, GoTymeX có thể buộc phải dừng quá trình tuyển dụng khi Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân rút lại sự đồng ý của mình hoặc yêu cầu xóa DLCN.

The withdrawal of consent by the PD Subject or their request for deletion or destruction of Personal Data may affect their experience during the recruitment process. In certain cases, GoTymeX may be required to discontinue the recruitment process if the Data Subject withdraws their consent or requests the deletion of their Personal Data.

8. Thời gian xử lý DLCN / Personal Data Processing Period:

8.1. GoTymeX cam kết chỉ xử lý DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân cho các mục đích được nêu trong Chính Sách này. DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân sẽ được xử lý tại GoTymeX phù hợp với từng mục đích xử lý DLCN cho đến khi có yêu cầu rút lại sự đồng ý, xóa dữ liệu hoặc phản đối xử lý DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân.

GoTymeX commits to processing the Personal Data of Data Subjects solely for the purposes specified in this Policy. The Personal Data of PD Subjects will be processed by GoTymeX in accordance with each specific processing purpose until the Data Subject withdraws consent, requests data deletion, or objects to the processing of their Personal Data.

8.2. Trường hợp tuyển dụng không thành công, Ứng viên đồng ý cho GoTymeX tiếp tục xử lý  DLCN của ứng viên  sau khi kết thúc quy trình tuyển dụng, nhằm phục vụ cho các cơ hội việc làm phù hợp trong tương lai hoặc các mục đích khác phù hợp với quy định pháp luật.

In the event that the recruitment process is unsuccessful, the Candidate agrees that GoTymeX may continue processing their Personal Data after the conclusion of the recruitment process for potential future employment opportunities or other purposes compliant with applicable laws.

9.Quyền và nghĩa vụ của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân / Rights and obligations of the PD Subjects:

9.1. Quyền của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân / Rights of the PD Subjects

a) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền được biết về hoạt động xử lý DLCN của GoTymeX / The PD Subject has the right to be informed of GoTymeX’s Personal Data processing activities;

b) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền đồng ý hoặc không đồng ý, yêu cầu rút lại sự đồng ý cho phép xử lý DLCN của mình, trừ trường hợp pháp luật có quy định khác. Việc rút lại sự đồng ý của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân không áp dụng đối với việc xử lý dữ liệu đã được thực hiện trước thời điểm yêu cầu rút lại sự đồng ý; việc rút lại này cần được thực hiện bằng văn bản qua email hoặc thông qua các phương thức có thể in ấn, sao chép hoặc xác minh được, và GoTymeX sẽ có trách nhiệm thông báo đầy đủ cho Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân về các hậu quả có thể phát sinh, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở các hậu quả được quy định tại Điều 7.3 Chính Sách này / The PD Subject has the right to consent or refuse, and to request the withdrawal of consent for the processing of their Personal Data, except where otherwise provided by law. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the time such withdrawal is requested; the withdrawal must be made in writing via email or through methods that can be printed, copied, or otherwise verified, and GoTymeX shall be responsible for fully informing the Data Subject of potential consequences, including but not limited to those specified in Article 7.3 of this Policy.

c) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền truy cập để xem, chỉnh sửa hoặc yêu cầu chỉnh sửa DLCN của mình / The PD Subject has the right to access and review their Personal Data, and to correct or request the correction of such data;

d) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền yêu cầu GoTymeX cung cấp DLCN của mình, trừ trường hợp luật có quy định khác / The PD Subject has the right to request GoTymeX to provide their Personal Data, except where otherwise provided by law;

e) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền xóa hoặc yêu cầu GoTymeX xóa DLCN của mình, trừ trường hợp luật có quy định khác / The PD Subject has the right to erase or request GoTymeX to erase their Personal Data, except where otherwise provided by law;

f) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền yêu cầu hạn chế xử lý DLCN của mình bằng văn bản gửi đến GoTymeX, trừ trường hợp luật có quy định khác / The PD Subject has the right to request restriction of processing of their Personal Data by submitting a written request to GoTymeX, except where otherwise provided by law;

g) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền phản đối GoTymeX xử lý DLCN của mình bằng cách gửi văn bản đến GoTymeX, trừ trường hợp pháp luật có quy định khác / The PD Subject has the right to object to GoTymeX’s processing of their Personal Data by submitting a written request to GoTymeX, except where otherwise provided by law;

h) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền khiếu nại, tố cáo hoặc khởi kiện theo quy định của pháp luật / The PD Subject has the right to lodge complaints, denunciations, or initiate lawsuits in accordance with applicable laws;

i) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại theo quy định của pháp luật khi GoTymeX vi phạm quy định về bảo vệ DLCN và gây thiệt hại cho Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân / The PD Subject has the right to claim compensation for damages in accordance with applicable laws if GoTymeX violates regulations on Personal Data protection and causes damage to the Data Subject;

j) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có quyền yêu cầu cơ quan có thẩm quyền hoặc cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân liên quan đến xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân thực hiện các biện pháp, giải pháp bảo vệ DLCN của mình theo quy định của pháp luật / The PD Subject has the right to request competent authorities or relevant agencies, organizations, or individuals involved in Personal Data processing to implement measures to protect their Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws.

9.2. Nghĩa vụ của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân / Obligations of the PD Subject

a) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có nghĩa vụ tự bảo vệ DLCN của mình; chủ động áp dụng các biện pháp nhằm bảo vệ DLCN của mình; thông báo kịp thời cho GoTymeX khi phát hiện thấy có sai sót, nhầm lẫn về DLCN của mình hoặc nghi ngờ DLCN của mình đang bị xâm phạm / The PD Subject is responsible for protecting their Personal Data; proactively applying necessary measures to safeguard their Personal Data; and promptly notifying GoTymeX upon discovering any errors, inaccuracies, or suspected breaches relating to their Personal Data;

b) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có nghĩa vụ cung cấp đầy đủ, trung thực, chính xác DLCN, các thông tin khác theo yêu cầu của GoTymeX khi ứng tuyển, đăng ký và sử dụng dịch vụ của GoTymeX và thông báo khi có thay đổi về các thông tin này. GoTymeX sẽ tiến hành xử lý DLCN của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân căn cứ trên thông tin Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân đã cung cấp, do đó nếu có bất kỳ thông tin sai lệch nào GoTymeX sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm trong trường hợp thông tin đó làm ảnh hưởng hoặc hạn chế quyền lợi của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân / The PD Subject is responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate Personal Data and other information as requested by GoTymeX when applying for recruitment, registering for, or using GoTymeX’s services, and for informing GoTymeX of any changes to such information. GoTymeX will process the PD Subject’s Personal Data based on the information provided by the Data Subject; therefore, GoTymeX shall not be liable for any impacts or limitations to the PD Subject’s rights or benefits arising from inaccurate information provided by the Data Subject;

c) Trường hợp không thông báo, nếu có phát sinh rủi ro, tổn thất thì Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân tự chịu trách nhiệm về những sai sót hay hành vi lợi dụng, lừa đảo khi sử dụng dịch vụ do lỗi của mình hoặc do không cung cấp đúng, đầy đủ, chính xác, kịp thời sự thay đổi thông tin; bao gồm cả thiệt hại về tài chính, chi phí phát sinh do thông tin cung cấp sai hoặc không thống nhất / In the event of failure to notify changes, the PD Subject shall bear responsibility for any risks or losses arising from errors, exploitation, or fraudulent activities occurring during service usage due to their own fault or due to providing incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information, including financial losses and additional costs resulting from inconsistent or incorrect information provided;

d) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có nghĩa vụ thường xuyên cập nhật Chính Sách của GoTymeX được thông báo tới Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân hoặc đăng tải trên trang web của GoTymeX từng thời kỳ. Thực hiện các hành động theo hướng dẫn của GoTymeX để thể hiện rõ việc đồng ý hoặc không đồng ý đối với các mục đích xử lý DLCN mà GoTymeX thông báo tới Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân / The PD Subject is responsible for regularly updating themselves with GoTymeX’s Policy as notified or published on GoTymeX’s website from time to time, and performing actions as instructed by GoTymeX to clearly indicate consent or non-consent to the Personal Data processing purposes notified by GoTymeX;

e) Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân có nghĩa vụ chấp hành pháp luật về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và tham gia phòng, chống hoạt động xâm phạm dữ liệu cá nhân. / The Data Subject is responsible for complying with laws on Personal Data protection and for participating in the prevention and protection against activities that infringe Personal Data.

10.Thông tin liên hệ xử lý DLCN / Contact Information for Personal Data Processing:

10.1. Trường hợp Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân phát hiện DLCN của mình bị sai sót, xâm phạm, lộ, lọt hoặc cần thực hiện các quyền của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân được nêu tại Điều 9 của Chính Sách này, Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân vui long liên hệ tới GoTymeX qua địa chỉ email sau: dpo@tyme.com 

In case the PD Subject discovers that his/her Personal Data is incorrect, infringed, disclosed, or needs to exercise the rights of the PD Subject as stated in Article 9 of this Policy, the PD Subject can contact GoTymeX via the following email: dpo@tyme.com 

10.2. GoTymeX cam kết thực hiện đúng quyền và nghĩa vụ của mình đối với yêu cầu hợp pháp của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân.

GoTymeX commits to fulfilling its rights and obligations in response to lawful requests made by PD Subjects.

11. Cam kết bảo mật DLCN / Commitment to Personal Data Protection:

11.1. GoTymeX cam kết chỉ tiến hành xử lý DLCN theo quy định của Chính Sách này và không sử dụng, chuyển giao, cung cấp, chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba nào mà không có sự đồng ý của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân.

GoTymeX commits to processing Personal Data strictly in accordance with this Policy and shall not use, transfer, disclose, or share such data with any third party without the PD Subject’s consent.

11.2. GoTymeX cam kết bảo mật DLCN và tuân thủ các nguyên tắc bảo vệ DLCN tối đa theo quy định pháp luật.

GoTymeX commits to safeguarding Personal Data and complying with the highest Personal Data protection principles required by applicable laws.

11.3. Trường hợp phải công khai DLCN không cần sự đồng ý của Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân theo quy định của pháp luật, GoTymeX sẽ thông báo cho Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân trong vòng 72 giờ.

In cases where the disclosure of Personal Data is required without the PD Subject’s consent as prescribed by law, GoTymeX shall notify the PD Subject within 72 hours.

12. Điều khoản chung / General provisions:

12.1. Chính Sách này có hiệu lực kể từ thời điểm được đăng tải lên trang web của GoTymeX.

This Policy takes effect from the time it is published on GoTymeX’s website.

12.2. Bằng việc xác nhận đồng với Chính Sách này, Chủ Thể Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân xác nhận đã hiểu và đồng ý rằng Chính Sách này đồng thời là Thông báo xử lý DLCN theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành về Bảo Vệ Dữ Liệu Cá Nhân.

By confirming their consent to this Policy, the PD Subject acknowledges their understanding and agreement that this Policy also serves as a Personal Data Processing Notice pursuant to the prevailing laws on Personal Data Protection.

12.3. Chính Sách này được ban hành bằng tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh. Nếu phát sinh bất kỳ sự không thống nhất nào giữa nội dung hai bản, bản tiếng Việt sẽ là căn cứ được ưu tiên áp dụng.

This Policy is issued in both Vietnamese and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
